Tony,

We did start with the suggestions a little late in the game for this year. Y'all are stealthy down there with the planning. It's like Santa with his elves on Christmas.

I did suggest we have a committee but that suggestion has been lost in the debate about the hotel. Which is what seems to happen when suggestions come in at the same time the location debate starts. I think I'll start a different thread about the non-hotel/cruise stuff.

i called Barton Creek and spoke to Carrie (329-4045)..she quoted $220-$240 per room..peek season..blah, blah blah..based on 25 rooms (but it is filling up already over there)
