I know you have talked about Fredericksburg, what about the Hangar Hotel? I believe it is large enough to handle the groupe, the room rate is reasonable, it is 3-4 years old, and the rooms are really neat. They have ample parking for all and have a large "hangar" next door where. we could possibly park the Cobras.
Just a thought..........
