Put the Supersnake on display on the floor of a major Las Vegas casino and the cobraphiles of America will check it out and probably drop enough cash in the casino to recoup 5-6 mill cost in a week for the casino owners. I'd go there to see it and drop my usual 1000.00

Since I don't get the SPEED cable channel, would somebody post the winning bid?

Default BJ auction

i sold my 65 convertible corvette there last year and was happy with the price i received...the service was also solid...i had a problem in the staging area when my hood wouldnt disengage...they took me into a back area, put the car on a lift, hand popped the hood and we had it fix in 10 minutes...didnt miss my place on the block...I would have had a difficult time getting the price i netted here in central texas..And it was alot of fun being there.

This beautiful Gold '68 Shelby Mustang went last night for $175,000.
Amazing work by the auctioneers - It had stalled at $120-130 and looked like it was about to be sold, then they got the fever up and the bidding shot up again. The winning bidder shut everyone down when he went from $150,000 to $175,000 in one bid.

There's a huge list of Shelby's offered:

There were some great buys too. Some big block well-built hot rods that took probably $60k to build were sold for $40-$50k.
This '65 Mustang went for $6000. Not very optioned, but still.
