Sammy,

The $ 30.00 registration fee is charged to offset some of the costs of hosting this event - e.g. parking lot security - clerical fees for nametags, packets etc.

I guess it's not required if you don't have a car with you...........but, it would be gratefully appreciated if you plan on attending the event.

All of these events are non-profit and the cost of hosting them mostly falls on the club members at the host site.

I'm all paid up .. Just asking on behalf of the newer folks who don't have cars yet. I came on foot last year .. and was happy to chip in!
