34 days!!! If the next 34 go as poorly as the last 2... I will be completely bald by the time I get on that plane!
What is the point of having a tech if the managers aren't going to listen to anything they say? I surely am not going to take repair advice on my car from the salesman. I'm going to listen to the guy who has the certifications and experience!
