Yep, it rained yesterday but some of us got our cars out on a wet track and then about 2:30 the sun came out and we got the track a little warm and we got a little speed up but there was more than a few cars in each session until the last few sessions.
Today is going to be one of those days that makes you want to come back. A little fog this morning and clear skies all day. Drags on the east side and those true thrashers will be at the road course at Hallett. We are running the track backwards today Fast, very fast if you're a pretty good driver. If not you are going to have less fun. Mad Miles, Larry Reyburn, James Yale, Lew Payne, Dean Lampe, Mat Twiehaus, Johnathan Blevins, Steve Sykes (less fortunate), Dave Fergusson, Buzz Marr, John Ross, and others that visit here that I know I am forgetting will be heating up the tires today. Even Hershecl Byrd and Bernie Knight made it to the track yesterday. Kristen we miss you!
Pictures to follow in the next reporting by someone other than myself but there will not be any pictures of me taking a female passenger and going off roading because it is only a rumor.
