Next time I'll have real racing rubber and we'll see how the coupe will corner. Great video!!! Who spun in the "Turtle Turn"?

Stay cool. See you at RnG.

Greatness!
You know, James, I know what kind of laps you were running and it really doesn't do it justice.
That blue Cobra that spun in 3 was the #5 Cobra. Is he from Grand Prarie or something? He parked down at the bottom of the hill before Larry & Sam's place. I think I've met him once, but don't know him.

Default Excellent, James!

Very instructional for me, have just run the same course in Group III Shift points, racing line, etc. I see we both run the entire course in 3rd except for the long straights. I had a lot of trouble with the chronic 2nd to 3rd balkiness of the TKO 600, so tended to stay out of 2nd, even in turn 3 CW.

Group III was kind of mis-understood. After one slow session, all the hot shoes moved up to Group II, and every session more people moved up because instructors were mandatory in Group III. The (semi) cool thing was that they wouldn't put an instructor in a Cobra with a single roll bar. So every session .. less traffic The 5th session, they put me out first and I did not see another car in my mirror until I lapped a couple Mustangs late in the session.

James,
Great video! Thanks for posting it.
I look forward to meeting you - probably at Run-n-Gun .... if my plans
come together.
