John & his family are in our prayers.
I am also thankful that the Marine was not injured.
Best wishes to all.

Went and saw Mr. Dean today. He's in good spirits. Upset that the stitches and staples messed up his new haircut.
He can't believe those silly doctors made him miss breakfast this morning at Dream Cafe.
He's grateful for the well wishes and looks forward to seeing the gang.
Elaine's doing better all the time. Keep those prayers coming!

update on John 8:30 pm Saturday evening
John is now out of ICU and in his own room!!!!!!! Surgery looks like it will be on Tuesday. Elaine is still fighting with John's impatience but things are looking great. Keep the prayers coming because they are WORKING.
Every day and every minute is working for the best.
Thank you all on behalf of John and Elaine.
Jay

Man, I can't tell you how much this has rocked me.
John & Elaine, yall let me know if there's anything you need. I live close to yall and can be there in short order.
Steve, thanks to you for tons of help before police/EMS arrived. Very cool under pressure, bud.
Jay, thanks for the help with John's car. I know he was worried about what would come of it.

John was the first CCer to respond to my 1st post here when I put my Cobra on the road, and he was most welcoming to this unique band of "crazys".
Good luck and speedy recovery!
