Cobra Accident in Corpus Christi

Man, I grew up in Corpus Christi. My sister lives close to that area off Everhart and Yorktown. Those roads are horrible to drive on just trying to go the speed limit. I can't imagine this guy was able to get a long enough stretch of flat roads to go that fast. That may explain why he probably lost control. I also wouldn't trust channel 6 news with the latest and greatest facts. Just my opinion. I'll ask my sister if she knows anything else about this guy. She use to work at the hospital he was sent to and still knows a lot of the doctors down there.

This wreck happened in front of my house. The cobra reached the necessary speed to roll itself in 3 or 4 houses (it either came out of a parking lot or the 4 way stop) Not much distance at all. I examined the scene after the clean up and found that the car jumped the curb then glanced off of two small trees before flipping over. The car had a single driver side roll bar. Someone on the other forum ID'd the car as a Backdraft. It was kind of shocking to walk outside and see 5 police cars, 2 ambulances, 2 fire trucks and 2 other emergency vehicles and the car of my dreams upside down in front of my house. At least everyone survived.
