No. These are vintage replicas, like our cars. They are bias ply, subject to flat spotting when cold and not DOT rated, like most radials. Goodyear makes them on an occasional basis, so they are not always available. But the look is period correct  I get about 5K miles out of a set of Billboards, with a mix of track and street. You'd get maybe 300-400 miles of pure track.
