I have both the standard Jordan shifter and the shorter competition track shifter. I love them both. The standard shifter is longer and works very well, and I also tried the large white Q-ball knob, but it was WAY too big for my hand. The shorter track shifter is what I now use and it is really fast, but a little harder to shift because you don't have the leverage.

Highly recommend either. Their quality is A+. If you are interested in my standard Jordan shifter (that I no longer use), it is for sale and is in perfect condition.
