Ford FE 428 mated to small spline toploader and 2.81 diff.
Cable drive Smiths reverse-wind speedometer

I think I need one of these:
Speedometer Gears

I did have one of these lieing around at one stage, but cant see how it connects ...

but this doesn't help me understand how the cable attaches to the gearbox.

I cant see how to connect a speedo drive cable to the gearbox - does anyone have any pics?
