The T10 was OEM for Ford/GM until the stronger Top Loader was developed by Ford. It was OEM in all the small block Cobras and early Mustangs including the Shelby GT350 which I think used an aluminum cased version. The Iron cased model came in some of the 61 and maybe 62 Galaxies with 390/406
