They put something down that seems even worse than salt. On the news last night they showed the huge piles of the stuff and it was a emerald green color. I don't know what it is, but it's bad, bad, bad.  |

But I'm sure it's not bad for us at all to have that stuff being washed into the sewers by the ton  ....

I have heard that the green color comes from an additive that is a by-product of the molasses making process. They found it lowers the temp at which water freezes making salt more effective.

-See Pat, no problem. You can bake it into your Xmas cookies to add that touch of molasses. It will give you something to take your mind off the cobra in the bubble.
