That is just the thing. The car never had a title. I finished the build in Atlanta and no titles are issued on cars registered that are over 25 years old. So in this case I have a car legal in GA but with no title due to state protocol. I also have a 1974 Pantera which also is registered but no title for same reason. Thoughts?
