Question about build and NJ registration/inspection...

If I where to build a new BDR with a supercharged Coyote engine, ODB-2 port and exhaust sensor, and an under car cross-pipe exhaust with muffler (basically making it a modern car exhaust) would I have any issues or have to jump through any hoops to register it?

Oh, and are there still routine get togethers in Chester? I'm close...
