Default Cold Fire Suppression System

I know there are a few racers among us. I am pretty sure my aspirations of any degree of serious racing are behind me. Back in 2005, MrMustang had a group buy of the Cold Fire suppression systems. I bought one and have never installed it. I paid $400 and retail at the time was $499. It has never been pressurized. I have an offer over on the FFCobra site, but I would prefer not to have to package it up and ship it. If anyone is interested, I will let it go for $300 and you pick it up.

This is a 10lb bottle, the activation T handle. I am pretty sure I have a couple of nozzles, tee fittings and aluminum tubing laying around for it as well.

Trying to recoup some cash from the extra parts I have laying around and clean up the garage a little.

Hell, I'll take it if nobody else local steps up to the plate. I figure shipping should be no more than $50.00

We would be interested. Can you give us the dimensions of the tank so we can see if it will fit the track car? Thanks!

The tank itself is rought 19 inches long and 6" diameter. There is a 5" x 15" mounting plate that raises the tank only slightly. There is an activator cap that I need to locat which goes on the end of the tank. It probably adds another 2" or so to then length. If you need more exact measurements (the tank does taper at one end, so you could possbly leverage this if you were in a really tight spot. I was going to put that end by where the roll bar was. If you want to come over one night and have a look, let me know. I need to find the activator cap. I did find the two nozzels.
