Title Etc...

Guess I am getting an ERA FIA 289 in the spring if I can accumulate sufficient dollars to pay for it. Any donations not matter the amount will be greatfully acknowledged.
In the event that lots of donations arrive (or in lieu) how about advice regarding pitfalls with Illinois State departments for tiltle /plates / EPA that anyone is willing to share???
