That's how they fit, FFR designed it that way. Actually I think they designed the cockpit and thought about seats later. But, the pedals are in the same plane, so you actually sit straight in the "skewed" position. I struggled with the seats and that was the best it would fit. Hey, if you don't want to carry on a conversation with the passenger, it's a perfect excuse! 
I know it looks odd, but there's really no way to fix it unless I reconstuct the trans tunnel, then it would weaken the frame connection. I tried different seats, same problem. There's not a lot of room to place the tracks.
