Thanks to all the folks who came and brought their great cheer to our home.
The weather as you all know could not have been better, but it couldn't come close to the warmth of all our freinds and family.
I will say one thing, not one of the entries was half hearted.
Everyone took their cooking quite seriously.
There was not a bad rib in the bunch!
Some were sweet and juicy, some where spicy, some where real tangy,
some slightly hickory smoked and some where just plain off the charts.
I tasted 18th St. ribs, Naperville ribs, Lincoln Park ribs, Bucktown ribs, West side suburb ribs, ahhhhh......
Gary and Nancy you moved one year too soon.
