Classic Roadsters II, Don Scott, MAY be out of business or unable to do anything with MSO's at this time. If you need a receipt for various parts (engine, trans, etc.) to go along with the MSO it could be an additional nightmare.

Perhaps thats why the car is for sale? Registration issues...
