PANAVIA,

I would be a little concerned about how your car was insured. It is not a Ford Mustang and do you really want an Insurance Company finding that out after you have a loss. Not saying you did anything wrong at all but I would be a little concerned about that, why not call it what it is a Cobra Replica. If AAA knew that would they insure it? There is a little clause in almost all applications that states if there is any falsified on the application coverage is void. Once again not saying you did anything wrong but why not insure it the way it should be. Also AAA, to the best of my knowledge, only writes a stated amount policy and you really do not want that at all.

Take care and good luck with things.

Robbin

Good point Robbin,

I was denied today by AAA once they found out it was a Shelby replica.

I work in the insurance industry and what Robbin said is GOSPEL.

I can name several companies, (Allstate, Allstate, Allstate, etc.) that would deny coverage in a heartbeat and never look back if they discovered any discrepency in your vehicle description.

This is one area you don't want to fudge on. It willl come back and bite you in the butt big time.
