The original CR Healy replica was called the Saxon. Later they did the Cobra alternative which is the Sebring 5000. As said, it had small fender flares and is quite nice looking. Later, they did the Cobra killer called the Sebring MX (maybe even better looking), which for a while was the baddest of the replicars out there, and if I remember correctly was king of the Run-n-Guns of years past. Beat all the Cobras and even beat Chuck Beck in his 550 Spyder (he used to complain about that!). DV can probably shed some more light on this.
My brother has the Sebring 5000, and it is a nicely designed car. He has a warmed over 302 with Borg-Warner 4-speed... we drove it on milk crates 25-years ago ... picture the wiplash driving school from the old Gulf comercials in the 60s-70s . Fun, fun, fun! It now sits in his garage in the same state of almost finished for the last 25-plus years ...
They don't seem to command a very high resale value for some reason... not sure why, as they are nice cars.
