It's probably no big deal. It's just an extra trip. But you don't want to give the 'gubmint any opportunity to foul things up. Now THINK before you go to the CHP.
- Bring drivers license
- Don't eat 3 alarm chilli before you go and then break out into a sweat at the CHP. It's a sure sign you are up to something.
