These engines love to make power. In a previous job I had, we ran some big cubic inch Fords and they never disappointed us.

Also looks like you are using every bit of cfm of your carb, but unless its strickly a race engine, I wouldn't worry about it too much. When we watched the A/F - BSFC when pulling over a carbs cfm, they tend to go rich a little.
