Default welcome and congrats!

Post up some pic's of the gas tank you are having made please.

I'd like to see it installed (I like the looks of the stock tank) and how many gallons it holds.

Sump?

Baffles?

Eric,

Fuel Safe has a custom tank that is configured to
fit the SPF in the same location as the factory tank. It is slightly wider than the stock tank so you need to do some fiberglass trimming in the inner fender area to fit it. It is Tig Welded aluminum with a sportsmen pro cell bladder. It
looks much better than the stock tank when installed, like
a polished SST tank. You should give them a call if I remember correctly it is somewhere around $1100.00. You will gain a few gallons of gas but gain a ton on safety

Eric,

I never took any pictures of the Fuel Safe tank as it
didn't seem that important but I'll go look at my archives
and let you know if I find some. I don't recall it being $2400 and that seems high but you can configure the tanks
with all sorts of fancy bladders and foam. For regular street use and an ocassional deer hunting excursion the sporstmen bladder is the best choice. Stay out of trouble
