The true cars have had many engines, from Bistrols, Ford Zephers and even a BMW link, buy never a GM engine, so those that do put a GM V8 in dont want a AC cobra, just the body shape and in saying that most of our cars I am sure are made of many different parts just like the first AC ace which became a 260 Cobra.

Its much more importent to have a Ford engine in Cobras in Usa the Sweden, it seems so

Yep I like it very much---don't get upset about a lack of response to your posts---there's quite a time differance between you and here and most of these guys do the internet cruizing at work so look for an increase Monday afternoon--
By the way---speaking of chevys and fords overthere---we are shipping over an aluminum Dart block 427 for an Everette-Morrison

Actually there was a thread here a while ago about AC Ace's with 283 chevy engines that pre-date the Cobra...
Cobra - Ford engines only.
AC Ace - Four different engines and counting...
Putting small blocks in big block cars, that's the real crime...
