Yes, it passed through Cobra Country a year and half ago. I knew I remembered it from somewhere and as the evening wore on it came back to me. The fella that sold it was Bob Q. from Houston, and he sold it to a fella in Phoenix.

Yep. Again, a bummer to see. And I know you'll agree...it's the only clear color choice for a Cobra.

I would flip the tires around so the black walls were out, and I like a black roll bar, but other than that the car is exactly the way I like them.

Patrick's new nickname is "Steel Trap." It sold through Cobra Country 1 1/2 years ago? Sheesh, good memory.
Doug, titanium with black stripes......oh, just forget it. No retort here.
D-CEL, Good stuff.

But for the brain cells you killed off during your misspent youth, I'm sure you would have remembered it as well....

I just hope the driver wasn't seriously injured or worse. I really hope there wasn't a passenger because the worst of the impact looks like it was on that side. Hopefully we all see this as a reminder of how easily these cars can get away from you and how quickly they can hurt you.
My sons and I joke around about them taking the Cobra to the prom (Once we build it!) but you can be darn sure they will see these pictures before they ever get behind the wheel.

Looks like he hit the steering wheel moderately hard, and the soft aluminum deformed just right to support the impact. No sign that he hit the windshield or dash. Driver's footbox is intact. I'd bet he's got a collection of real pretty bruises, maybe a broken arm at most. Luck-eeeee.

Nah, probably not, too many Cobras out there painted titanium with black stripes to remember just one.
Misspent youth? Moowah?
