I wish the NOS magnesium Cobra II wheel hoarders would come out of the woodwork and offer up a set or two already. I would already have a set, but not for the fact that some ERA owners decided to machine their mag wheels and ruin them for MOI'.

If you would just machine your hubs to match the ERA specs then you'd be all set.

Might as well change out the round tube frame for ERA's boxed version while I'm at it. In fact, adding a 2nd roll bar to give my car some symmetry sounds awesome too. And, and, and.......painting it beige. oooh yeah!

Knockers-Just think how light my wheels got from me polishing them all these years.
I can hear them appreciating now...

That sounds like a euphemism for something else.
Alright, another weekly update, another "nothing new" post by Rodney. Great. Let's move on. I think I'm going to pull my version of Jeffy and Fullchat289 and just buy some Trigos and have them powdercoated to look like magnesium. That way, I don't have to polish them and I can just tell folks that they're real and/or original, not replicas.

Ok, ok. I guess the writing is on the wall.
Maybe we could morph this into another thread.
Check out my new warning light for my dash...I got it from patrickt.com
Naw. I'm too irrepressible.
After all, I graduated mag cum laude.

Great-and then you can jump onto the 'Spats' thread after that. Delimma: velcro?, stick-on?, rivets?
The K'Bros will be handing out strychnine tablets to the shop guys and crew in Poland...

Thanks for reminding me, I forgot to mention Krazy glue.
And the obvious, magnesium rivets. Yes. I went there.

But I'll make them look really authentic, but when I have to send my updated info for input into next SAAC World Registry, I'll be sure to disclose the fact that they're not original magnesium Halibrands, but powdercoated Trigos.
Sheesh, you would think I'm installing one of those modernistic gray or red interiors and installing 17" rims with those spinning hubs or something.
