I bought ERA 295 in December of 1990,got it registered in July 1991.I still have it but I have to go through the motor due to a broken valve spring.

I built mine & love it. The build took longer than I anticipated due to a lay-off and after finding another job purchasing a house. Started in 2002 and finished in 2008 but I wouldn't have had it any other way.

A few friends helped me build it, most of the time we talked more than worked but it was a blast! I like the idea of knowing every nut & bolt on the car and it gave me a fantastic feeling of accomplishment.

I drive it whenever I get the chance & I love it!

I built my car in 2003 and have been been rebuilding and modifying ever sense. Driving and tinkering have kept me (mostly) sane through some trying times, good and bad. I couldn't imagine life without it. Me and this car plan to grow old together. Someday a lot of these replicas will qualify as classics
