I used Mr. Gasket wire looms ( discarded chrome arms) and trimmed them to accommodate the 8.5mm MSD wires. Kind of like FWB did. Worked great. Rather than riveting them I used small s/s screws and nuts (easier to get off) if you break one. It worked great if you can't find them anywhere else.
