two questions:

1) it's 61.5" long...is that going to be too long to fit between the wheels (with tires attached to begin with) of a Cobra, without crushing or doing damage to something underneath?

2) it has a big "PATENT PENDING" graphic on the website...what exactly can they patent? Especially given the example posted above.
