Looks to be an Autokraft MkIV judging by the DOT-compliant bumper setup.

Yes,

AC MK IV.

Bumper and center mount Jaguar XJ fuel filler are I.D.s. Also the interior lamp between the seats as well as the triple wipers required to meet the federal W/S clearing standards.
