I had a throttle stick open one time
I had a parachute fail to open one time
They both happened at the same time==========odds of that happening with my system???
This happened in my pro stock racer-typical times in 1/4 mile were 7 seconds and near 180 mph----the chute fell onto cross bar of the wheelie bars and sat there, at the higher speeds then the hood had flexed down into linkage--by the time I got things under control estimating speed was probably over 200mph as the chrome blew off from aromd windshield and various other things that I had never seen before.
Luckily I was at Btron Drag strip and there was a very long extended service road that runs further south toward the twin towers at the nuclear power plant and I bounced along for quite a ways before I got stopped
