This is what I was referring to earlier. They have been going on about the aftermarket modifications, e.g., Superchargers, CAI, anything that requires a tune, for a couple of years. But it wasn't EPA, it was the manufacturers. or perhaps the manufactures justified their endorsement by blaming the EPA so they aren't the bad guys. The justification is that it changes the engine control unit so there is increased risk of the manufacturer getting sued.
