Both heads are awesome. Barry's heads and bbm heads are top notch. So are pond and e heads which makes Barry's heads. I like bbm heads for street builds and Barry's heads for a high hp build.

What about the differences between the designs, quality, potential flow numbers, machining, and cost ?

Needs between street and race, what's needed, what's not.

BBM's CNC maching is beautiful !

Jay will be coming out with his own heads too.

I believe BBM's heads flow more out of the box that Barry's but I could be wrong. I talked with Tom at fe specialties and he told me that. He likes Both heads. He sells bbm heads now.

Yes.

When we compare apples to apples, who's in the lead and what cost's ?

I'm real tired of researching, for now,.... so if any of you can look up the flow, comparison's, and with cost's of each, I'd appreciate it !

Dude 425-450 hp is more than plenty for what you plan to do. Beyond that, it's all about the money! You actually may not even be happy with more HP in that little car IMHO.

WRONG !

I'm used to driving a 1,350 lb. sprint car with 800-900 HP, dirt track with 25 other drivers around me, racing from 100 mph to 140 mph, turn left, side ways into four corners, and fishtailing all the way, so I can handle a 600 HP (+) 2,450 lb Cobra.

That sounds like crazy fun! After driving something like that, will you be content with 600 fwhp?

lol, yes. Although, driving and getting on the motor in a Cobra is so fun. Light weight, sitting low and the beautiful noise of the side pipes gives me a smile every time. So not quite as exciting, but still a ^hit load of fun.

That's why I can't have a purrrrring kitten in the Cobra.
