That is awesome... everyone has the same polished with the trigo gray inner... The Black or dark grey grafite is VERY NICE VERY UNIQUE!!

Unfortunately I cannot help in that regard, they came painted when I purchased the CSX. They are painted and not powder coated.

It's easier than you might think to successfully paint these wheels. I have a thread here: Here You Go Chas. - The Finest Fluoroelastomer It's several pages in to that eight page thread, but if you follow the directions I used you will love the result.

Here are the steps:
- Wash Thoroughly with a detergent such as Simple Green
- Degrease with DupliColor PS100 Prep Spray
- Scuff w/ Red 3M Scotchbrite Pads
- Degrease with DupliColor PS100 Prep Spray
- Rinse with water while using Scotchbrite Pads
- Tape off the wheel with 3m Blue Edge Lock Tape
- Apply 2 light coats of DupliColor CP199 Adhesion Promoter
- Apply 3 coats of DupliColor your favorite color here
- Apply 4 coats of Valspar Flat Clear Coat Enamel

I am looking to paint or powder coat the entire rim not just the inner, I am concerned that if its just painted it will chip easily.

You know, I can't say that in the last six years since I did that little job that I've noticed any chipping at all. It would be really easy to touch up though if there were any. Come to think about it, I don't know how often rocks hit the inside of your wheel anyway unless you're off-roading. I recommend not off-roading in your Cobra.
