Give each section it's own color. Hood and trunk could be blue and black the right quarter panel could be red, the left green, the rear right quarter could be orange and the left rear silver.
Or you could paint it like the Partridge family bus. 
My choice for color would come down ot shades of silver/pewter or a dark blue. -- no stripes |
