I had mine poweder coated last year with a high temp powder coating and they don't discolor ever. Had them done is silver, and easy clean up if they get road grime on them....one of those green srub pads and some soap, look just like new. Another member near me, has same coating and buffed and polished it to give it yet another look, but you can only do this about 3 times, then they have to be redone. I think price is around 200.00 to have it done
