Advice:
1. Forget the web page
2. Stop keeping track of your hours.
3. (optional) Stop keeping track of the money you've spent.
4. Make a plot/timeline of what you have to get done.
5. Break it down into do-able tasks and make a schedule.
6. Figure out what tasks you can't do and start looking for outside help.
(remember... this advice is from someone who's trying to finish his car while there is still fossil-fuel left on the planet)
