I had one on Saturday. . . It was a beautiful 65 degree sunny January day in colorado. I was out for about 1/2 hour with my 9 year old.

I stopped to get gas, and went in to get a bottle of water in the gas station store. As I'm waiting my turn in line, the woman behind me asked if it was my car. I said yes and she told me that I took her for a ride, she would return the favor with the "ride of my life"

The fact that I was with my daughter (still in the car) and happily married made me say thanks anyways. .. but then I got a good look She was (I guess) mid-late 30's maybe 200# with really bad tattoos, not only on her arms but her neck too.... Oh, to be single

I love reading these stories. But it'd be more fun to be 25 and single.

I was a retard, who's wandering eye, seemed to be the target of my girlfriend's left elbow

She's my wife now, but I have a much better routine now, I peek quickly, and then duck and cover!

There's a lot to be said for women like that:
Heat in the winter, shade in the summer and moving pictures all year long!!!

My wife and daughter were out shopping for the day while me and my son were in the garage doing some fine tuning of the Cobra. It was time for another shake down run and told Josh lets go get some lunch at our favorite mexican food joint. Since its a beautiful day we sit outside to eat. While enjoying our chips and salsa a man walks up and asks if the Cobra parked out front is mine and I say yes, he then asks if I live near Blacks Mill and I say yes again. He goes on to tell me he hears me all the time coming by his house and that he has been wanting to see the car that sounded so cool. (Whew! at first I thought he was going to be ticked off) After a few more compliments he walks back inside to eat dinner with his wife.

Josh asks me if this happens alot and I tell him yes, almost everytime someone either makes a thumbs up jester or if its parked it draws someone over for a closer look.

Just as our food arrives to the table the guy shows back up and this time sits down at our table and fires up the normal guy talk about cars and engines. After about 10 minutes of chatting his wife sticks her head out the door and he sees her and says its been great talking to us and heads out.

Since we are sitting outside we can see that a newer Mustang parks beside the Cobra and noone gets out, they just sit there. About 15 minutes later Josh and I are done stuffing ourselves, we pay and head to the car. As we get in, the windows roll down in the Mustang and its the guy and his wife from the resturant and he says they couldnt leave without hearing it crank up. Lol After giving them a few revs and opening the hood for a look we finally were able to head back home.

It never fails, fill ups, quick runs to the grocery store, or a quick bite to eat, you better allow an extra 30 minutes for Q&A lol

You know, I always try this, at the topless beaches in the caribbean. Scan the peripheral for the sweet perky ones, and nonchalantly pick a set of beach chairs, which will have the optimal view, all the time trying to keep a more obvious gaze towards something much more non-descript.

I'm not quite certain what tips her off, but I never seem to get all the paraphernalia distributed on the beach chairs, before she catches on.

D@mn!

Ok, so here's the procedure

1) Do not take your Viagra the morning you plan to go out (If you get caught your aren't gettin' any anyway)
2) Wear loose fitting clothing
3) Wear dark wraparound sunglasses.
4) Keep head steady at all times
5) Look at "book", sip beer, repeat as necessary

That should have you covered

Good Luck!!

Default thumbs up

It is cool to get a thumbs up or a wave. Some ask if they can take a picture. All this and mine is still gel coat right now. Its a dark blue color but nothing like paint. I don't know about all of you but I could not afford one of these when I was 25. I have to say this is the best time in my life, not just the car but a fantastic wife, healthy kids, involved in my church and a crazy english bull dog.

Filling up with gas.. some guy is asking me 239874 questions about it. On his way into the station to buy a pack of smokes, he's backpedaling across the gas station parking lot because he can't take his eyes off it.. Another guy is pulling into the gas station is checking out the car too. The guy pulling in had to slam on his brakes to avoid running over the guy walking backwards.
