Pedro, I'm not trying to be a hard nosed know it all, in fact, after reading the latest posts I KNOW I'm not. In the end whether your spending $500K on an original or 10K on a budget what makes you happy is above all other factors. With that said, your original question was for some direction based on what you provided and I might back off some of what I said based on learning more.
