Maybe if ERA wasn't so cheap you could have a genuine registered fakey doo too, like Alan and Sal and me.

Sal,
Actually hit on it in a previous post. SAAC will increase the number of books sold four fold! Plus the sponsorship charge to Kirkham and Superformance. All adds to an increase in the bank account for SAAC.

I wonder if Kirkham will start paying a licensing fee to Shelby, a la Superformance, for the right to place a little plaque in future Kirkhams?

Cobra registry in our lifetime?
I can see the benefit of keeping track of the Kirkham cars, but know this will delay the publishing of the registry even more. Factoring in interest rates, my pre-publication price may not be such a good deal. The years go by quickly!
So, using the same logic, will SAAC include all the pertinent 1965-1970 fastback and convertible Ford Mustangs in the next edition of the "soon to be published" seperate Shelby Mustang registry? They are a source for clones and air cars too. (sarcastic rant ends now. )
I anticipate the Cobra registry will be worth the wait.

The editorial deadline and the printing schedule of Vol. 1 of the next Registry has not been changed nor impacted by the addition of the KMP section.

With all the latest CS/SAAC news... Now I AM the one who is laughing...
I predict that SAAC will implode and be "no more" in a year or so, so hang on to those SAAC "registries" they will make some wonderful toilet paper some day...
LOL....
