I used a Vortex Cone in a turbocharged Harley. It had a megaphone pipe with no baffles. The turbo softened the note a little, but it was still loud. Can't say the cone did any good at all. It changed the tone a little at idle, but not during riding. 1 month after I installed it, I got a loud pipes ticket.
