I've always thought that the BMW M Coupe was one ugly car. It's like a combination of an old MGB GT and a ??? Faster than hell, but ugly!!

I think I just found the ugliest car in entire 2009 new car line up...

The 2009 Mercedes SL550 now looks like a Chrysler Sebring Convertible.. I thought they sold Chysler to the lowest bidder
It really is a shame as the 2008 model was a classy car.

I'd say nearly every model vehicle mentioned here, but being towed by a Pontiac Aztec.

Cobra Daytona Super Coupe. Absolutely the most dorky looking car ever - can't believe it is kin to the small block version, which I would vote for as the most beautiful ever.....

I also think that the Mazda RX-8 is butt ugly. It looks like they used five different designers and then bolted the thing together.

I have to come to the defense of the Triumph TR7. Enough is enough! I'll agree the hardtop model is not a good looking car, but the ragtop version of the TR7 is a beautiful car! Especially with the top down. I think you could make a blanket statement that any car (not pickup truck) that has the rear window at near 90 degrees is not a beautiful car at all. Remember those Mercury XR7 cougars from the 80's. God help me, I'm blind! -John

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, surely you jest...lol. As a former Brit, let me define the decline and fall of the great Triumph marque! My dad had a Spitfire when I was 14 and I loved it, and the last great sports car that Triumph built was the TR6. The TR7 was a complete travesty of the TR tradition. They tried to 'modernize' a classic and failed miserably, forever condemning Triumph to the "Oh my god, what the hell was that" category...Everything leading up to it was evolutionary from the TR2 onwards, and then some British Leyland bozo (Harris Mann) decides "OOOh, let's change EVERYTHING, but still call it a TR so we can cash in on the cachet of the name". One can only hope that the aforementioned bozo was FIRED!
Of course, just my humble opinion and remember I'm the one that liked 'frogeye' Sprites...LOL

I agree with the TR6 being the last real Triumph ... I've got one and love it. For an ugly sports car it's the Datsun '74 260Z 2+2. Not so bad on it's own, but compared to the classic lines of '70 to '73 240Zs, it's pretty bad. Ugly non sports car ... the '74 AMC Matador.

You do know the name rights to TR6 has been purchased by BMW. A design is in the works to resurrect it like the Mini. See my thread.
Brit car is coming back

wow...Interesting look!!!!!! I LOVE the new mini (owned an original when I was 17), so let's hope BMW does as good a job with TR!
