I for one am damm glad for this thread and have learned alot.
Kieth Craft stepped up and offered to beat Roush, I'll certainly look into them when i'm at that stage.

I agree... but.. with members being accused of "bashing" by manowar by simply stating that World Products should step up to the plate and make it right leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I see a lot of words but no action. The.. yea, we may have screwed up? ... with no remediation is worthless. This has the potential to do far more damage that the simple cost of a new engine.
On a side note.. I bought my Pond 482 from Keith and I couldn't be happier. Prior to the sale I'd heard a story of an engine bought from Keith having a "reported" problem on the other side of the United states. Keith traveled acrosss country, soley to make it right for the customer. That's one of the greatest reasons I've spent almost $20K with KCR. What really appears to be sad here is that, if there is any at all, restitution will only come about due to board pressure and not due to a genuine caring for the customer, not a good thing. I do think though.. that manowar, if empowered, would do the right thing and upper management (Bill?) is resistent. I sincerely hope it works out for all parties..
"bashing" off..
