most likely a CHIP saying " I am about ready to find another Non Compliant / Non SB 100 replica- where is Morgester when you need him ? " LOL .

IF the car is legit I find it hard to believe it has not sold already --- despite lack of pin drive knock offs and possible paint needs included . Bill

The rear anti-sway bar hardware looks like it sits about 1 1/2" off the pavement. Scary stuff unless you only drive on super smooth roads. Is this common with the ERA Jag setup?

BTW - before Ol' $hel started bustin' heads an' takn' names, "replica" Shelby American v.i.n. tags were very common and were even available directly from most replica manufacturers. Of course if you used one, you were supposed to stamp your correct numbers on and not a fake CSX number.

hardware looks fairly new and is a bit long for the standard ERA set up.

I'm having a hard time connecting all the dots, here......when in doubt...don't! Be patient, buyer's remorse sucks!

Normal ground clearance for the anti-sway bar link is about 4" and, since the link rises and falls with the suspension, stays that value as the chassis moves up and down.

Yup, that is why the 6" long (estimated using known points of measurement and size values of other things in the picture) stud seems a bit out of place

patrickt is the one who has really dug up the info on the history of the car, it is not my place to elaborate beyond what he chooses to share.

I don't think the title would be a major problem in the state of Hawaii because of the way our registration works here. But it could be a major nightmare in a state like California.

So, either it has a salvage title or a title from Titles Unlimited or both. The salvage title should pose no problem in CA, so it must have an illegitimate title. I'm not sure why the title problems cannot be disclosed, since I can find out that Angelina Jolie is having twins within a few seconds of the ultrasound.

Always assume the car is damaged or a POS until you physically inspect it or have someone, preferably professional, inspect it. As an example, if you buy a Porsche, then find the best local Porsche service shop to perform a PPI (pre-purchase inspection).

If you're serious about buying the car, you can PM me. If it's just a "curiosity thing" then your attentions are better spent on the lovely Angelina.

Nope, not interested. Might have been 6-9 months ago, but not now. Just passing through. Don't mind me.

So it sold for 37k. Has anybody here had a chance to inspect it? Despite the bolt on wheels and apparent low rear swaybar mount(could just be the camera angle) This had to be "well bought"
congrats
