Glad you like it. Various moderators here have posted the link to that software. Play around with it, especially the advanced/custom portion.
Even when you want to attach a file to your post (without putting it in your gallery first), and the pic is above the 39.1 Kb limit, you can still go to the upload image section of a post, click on the pic that is too big, and resize it .... select the reduced size pic and attach it to your post.
Many times the SMALL selection does not get a pic below the 39.1 limit, and the WinCE makes it so small that its hard to see the pic when posted. Thats when I use the ADVANCED section and type in values in the CUSTOM boxes.
Here is a pic that was 101KB. Using the SMALL resize it was 40 KB (too big) whereas a WinCE as only 7KB (would be very small). So I tried Custom and typed in 550 by 550. The pic was now 32KB. Mucho better!
