Bob we build our own, In a mannor that is hard to tell that it is a quick release ,but a lot will depend on what column you our using and what directional assemble you have. We use a custom column with the original vw type 1 directional and hide the release button in the hub behind the wheel. If you contact me I could maybe send you photos to give you an idea.
