If you purchase a used SPCN from outside the state of California, does the 7500 mile rule still apply?

The answer is....."Nope". I asked that question of my DMV office manager and she said it does not apply for SPCNS vehicles....only for cars made by auto makers that have up to date smog, safety, etc.

The Arizona registration is probably OK as AZ (like several other states) allows replicas to be registered as the year they replicate.
